The location of this hotel is superb, being next to a shopping mall where you can enjoy an evening stroll around and just a short walk away from a grocery store. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices to start the day off right.

The counter staff seemed a bit disorganized and misinformed about the shuttle service, causing confusion and inconvenience for guests.

Renovations next door were noisy.

This hotel is a gem! the staff here are amazing - so friendly, helpful, and genuine. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Secondly, the location is perfect. It's right next to two shopping malls and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything you need is within reach. Lastly, the rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I loved having a desk with a power point for my laptop, making it convenient for me to work during my stay. And the breakfast spread was simply delicious!

Easter Getaway!

Spent my Easter holiday at this hotel and was impressed with the two complementary Easter eggs and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was perfect, close to a mall and with easy access to transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room and the comfortable bed, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The downside of my stay was the limited menu options and the slow service at the restaurant. Also, the gym was quite busy during peak hours and there was no one available to assist with workout machines.
